While we usually get involved early in new development projects to advise clients on layouts, finishes, and amenities to help optimize the success of a development, we were brought in as the building neared completion and the developer saw the opportunity for a condominium project amidst the massive opportunity surrounding the Suffolk Downs redevelopment approval.  Thus, we dove right in and accelerated the typical timeline of our proprietary marketing and sales process at a much more expeditious pace than usual, in order to get these condos on the market quickly after the holidays.
