Anyway - it looks like developer Peter Zagorianakos is filling in for Esposito in the South End.  He is planning on building  luxury condos on the site of the "Jesus Saves" church (so called because of the huge cross the front of the building with "JESUS SAVES" written on it) on St. George Street in the South End.  The church is to be demolished and replaced with a 33 unit condominium building with 22 underground parking spaces.

The developer is expecting to start demolition next summer. The church is slightly "unattractive", lets say, so I'll take Zagorianakos to replace Espo's role any day!  Let's hope this "rebound" proceeds quickly.....
