Ok...ok...I get it.  Not everyone likes to stare at numbers and market stats all day long like I do (yes, i am a geek...  thank you!).  Since I am sure you are bored to tears with all the statistics and charts in the last few posts, I think it may be a good idea to actually show you what you can get for your money in each Boston neighborhood.  Rather than numbers - here are actual properties.  Ahh....much better!

Below are the median (by list price) 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom properties that are currently available today for sale in the South End.  It should give you a great idea of what you can get in each bedroom category, learn what the approximate middle prices are, and offer a little extra peek into the market than what stats alone can provide.  I hope to make this a recurring post for many of the neighborhoods in Boston.  But let's start with the South End:
