Just for another suburban Boston market perspective, here are Norfolk county home prices and volume for 2008 vs 2007 from Banker & Tradesman this week.  Although volume is way down across the board, it is interesting to note that the towns closer to Boston seem to be faring better than those farther away price-wise.
