Olesea was born and raised in Moldova with parents who had careers in the construction industry. Growing up, she was fascinated by the extraordinary process of how people connect ideas and hard work into developing, preserving, and improving the value of time in its most tangible form - homes and buildings.

She moved to the U.S. after getting her economics degree in Romania, and Boston has been her home for over a decade. In 2019, she decided to reconnect with her passion for real estate and became a licensed agent, and quickly found a deftness in helping people find a place to call home.
