As a Salem State University graduate, with a degree in Business Management, Nate's background has been in Customer Service, Facilities Management, as well as Real Estate sales and brokerage for the last 6 years. His goals are to help buyers in the marketplace realize the dream of home ownership and has a passion for advising clients within specific markets, and working with other stakeholders within the transaction, to ensure completion of the sale of real property. He believes strongly in homeownership, no matter what that looks like for a buyer, and that it is the best way forward for building wealth.

Nate joined Charlesgate to realign with Paula Kowalczik, and to have an opportunity to work at a company with channels in sales, property management, and property development. His clients would describe him as knowledgeable, attentive, educational, easy to work with, and approachable.

Outside of real estate, Nate enjoys playing golf, watching football and hockey, hanging out with friends, going to Patriots games, spending time with his wife Kate and their dog Ruby, and recently started playing volleyball with his cousins.
