Kayla Homes joined the CHARLESGATE team in July 2023. By day, Kayla is a dedicated Boston Public Schools teacher, who fosters a love for learning in her students. Her passion for helping others ignited a desire to transition into the world of real estate.

Born and raised in the South Shore of Massachusetts, Kayla has spent the last 10 years living in Boston. She currently resides in the heart of Boston’s South End neighborhood with her wife and golden retriever, Gus. Kayla possesses an intimate knowledge of the city's diverse neighborhoods and hidden gems. Her firsthand experience navigating the dynamic Boston real estate market, combined with a deep appreciation for the city's rich history and vibrant lifestyle, uniquely positions her to guide clients towards finding their ideal home both in and out of the city. With a bachelor's degree in Communications from UMass Amherst and a Masters degree from UMass Boston, Kayla understands the importance of listening, which allows her to truly grasp her clients' needs.
