Joshua is originally from Wayland, MA. He attended Tulane University as an undergraduate and then worked in various fields; English teacher abroad, real estate finance, and the auto glass business. While working for his family’s auto glass business, Joshua decided to get an MBA at Babson College. Since then, he has started a real estate development and investment company specializing in multifamily residential properties.

In order to broaden his knowledge base and open new opportunities, Joshua decided to become a licensed real estate salesperson. Joshua prides himself on connecting with others and forming positive relationships. “I am excited to join the CHARLESGATE team, a company with a stellar reputation in Boston that really supports its agents.” 

In his own time, Joshua enjoys live music and traveling: he loves visiting other countries and experiencing new cultures and people.
