With deep market knowledge, an affinity for numbers and negotiating, design expertise, and a passion for building lasting relationships, Beth is the perfect full-service real estate professional to assist buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals.
A native Bostonian, Beth graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a concentration in finance and attended Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for an MBA. Proud mom of two grown children, Haley and Austin, Beth has lived in Brookline and Needham her entire adult life, earning a deep understanding of Boston and its suburbs.
In her free time, Beth gives back to the community through volunteering at a number of non-profit agencies, including the Boston Children’s Hospital League where she is a member of the board, and the Susan Smith Center at Dana Farber.

1. What are you looking forward to most about working at CHARLESGATE?
Working with one of the best Boston teams to offer my buyer, seller and rental clients a top-notch experience, including outstanding customer service and Charlesgate’s second-to-none marketing platform. Their highly targeted digital marketing tool is a huge win for selling unique, luxury homes at top dollar. Charlesgate is also the ideal firm for assisting all of my downsizing clients who are moving out of the suburbs and into the city. Im also thrilled to be working directly with developers on selling new construction condos in the greatest Boston neighborhoods!
2. Have you picked up any new hobbies during quarantine?
I (finally) learned how to use my smart tv and now know what binge watching really is! I also love gardening and created a beautiful indoor one this past winter.
3. What are you looking forward to most when Boston 'open's back up'?
Mostly, just being out and seeing both new and familiar faces. I also can’t wait to visit the great restaurants I’ve missed so much.
4. What is your favorite restaurant in the city?
So many.... Barcelona, L’Osteria, O Ya, Abe & Louie's, Island Creek, Salty Pig
5. Describe your personality in three words.
Fun, determined, resourceful
