Beatrice has actively worked in real estate in Boston for more than 25 years.

In her early career, she was Director of Lease Administration for Boston Properties overseeing 5 million SF of Class A commercial space in five core markets. She subsequently worked for a private real estate developer managing the construction and sale of his luxury homes in Newton and Brookline as well as leasing his retail plazas.

Beatrice is a lifelong resident of Boston and former Staff Sergeant in the Air National Guard, as well as the founder and owner of Brims4u, a sports apparel company responsible for creating a logo concept that was licensed in partnership with 47brands with MLB/NBA and the NHL.

Beatrice's forte is finding off-market properties for her clients.

How do you spend your free time? Do you have any hobbies? I'm learning the piano and love to hang out with my best friend Allie (my Maltipoo).

What do you love about living in Boston? What are some of your favorite things to do in the city? It's such a diverse city with great history. I love walking Newbury Street to the Boston Garden.

What is your favorite restaurant in the city? Abe & Louie's
