There were several great accomplishments and milestones - all that could not have happened without the hard work and dedication of the most important aspect of our company - our rockstar team.

Without a doubt, our team embodied these values throughout 2021. We couldn't be more proud of the consistent positive attitude to overcome challenges and our team's constant curiosity to learn and grow.

Along with our team, we could not be more thankful for our incredible clients who have put so much trust in us to help empower them to achieve great results. We are continuously grateful for our spectacular partnerships and are looking forward to another fantastic year in 2022.

  added over $453,000,000 more to our future New Development Sales & Marketing pipeline!

• CHARLESGATE Property Management achieved +65% revenue growth in 2021, and accelerating!

• Our Brokerage & Real Estate Agents achieved +22% revenue growth in 2021!

• We successfully opened 6 new construction buildings.

• Our team grew by over 70% with an AMAZING group of new hires onboarded!

• 2 PRISM awards were won for our innovative New Development marketing campaign work!

• 4 new babies were born to the CHARLESGATE team in 2021!

• 1 awesome harbor boat cruise party over the summer to bring the full team together in person for the first time post covid to celebrate success and build culture!
