While the 1st quarter has not ended yet and we can't really produce the final data on Q1 2009 for another month or so, I was interested in creating a "sneak peak" of the Boston condo sales data year to date as compared to the last few years (Jan 1 to March 16th of each year).
What do we see? Not surprisingly
