I am in Chicago at the moment attending the N.A.R. Conference Planning Committee meetings, but I wanted to quickly respond to a couple of readers who contacted me to ask for price charts similar to my last post but in other areas. So here is a graph for both condos and single family homes in Roslindale, as requested. Median price is on the left axis and median price per square foot is on the right axis, and refer to the legend at the bottom of the graph to see what each color line signifies (since I have both condos and single families on the same chart).
