Our Boston home and condo search function has been greatly improved to make it more efficient and easier to use than ever!  The search tool will show you all properties directly from the Boston multiple listing service, but will display them in an easy to use interactive map that you can drag around to search for properties in your favorite neighborhoods:

Some of the features that have been enhanced:

• The search panel is now much more intuitive and allows you to search using sliders or text boxes

• Community demographic data, school data, and estimated home valuations are all available on the property detail page of any listing....very powerful information

• Instant stats - you can now quickly see instant market stats on all available properties within the map screen (zoom in and out as much as you like to get the data you are looking for):

• When you register, you can choose to receive a nightly or weekly email with all new properties that fit your search criteria

• You can also add notes to any property listing that will still be there for you to read and update next time you log in

• You can search by price drop percentage to find those properties that have just had big price drops
