Do you know why your property is not selling?  It's not the price, its not the location, its not the quality.......so what is it?

It's the f*cking pictures!  If I sound a little upset, I am.  I am so embarrassed every time I see examples like these below:

Some of these properties are listed at nearly $1M!  That's about a $25K commission +- and your agent can't get professional photos taken?  Pictures are the packaging (link) for your property - the FIRST impression is not curb appeal.....its the photos online!

Think about who you hire.   Tell them to show you some other listings online - check them in action!

Ask them:

Do they have an award winning website where your listing is prominently displayed (oh - and don't be fooled by individual property sites that get ZERO traffic).

Do they syndicate your listing to (at least) all of the following sites?

Are there at least 15 good quality photos?

Is there a virtual tour or video tour?

Is there a floorplan?
