Sneak Peek of the 19th floor at The Metropolitan

This past Wednesday, like every Wednesday morning, we started our day with a weekly team meeting. We gathered to go over market news as well as the pipeline of upcoming listings coming our way. There are a lot of really great listings from Charlesgate Realty coming on market in the near future!
We did not have a guest speaker this week. (And you didn’t hear it from me but rumor has it we are having a mortgage professional join us next week that can help with some of the issues being experienced by buyers on condo mortgages. Check back here next week for more details!) Since we are constantly striving to make ourselves better, we learned some efficient ways to improve communication with our buyer clients. The technology and systems we use here are really state of the art and help us provide the best service and advice to clients.
After our meeting, we headed out to preview a few new listings coming on market soon. We viewed two condominiums in South Boston and one condo in the Theater District, all ranging in price from $399,000 to $745,000. They were all great properties but I am picking the 3 bed/2 bath condo located on Nassau Street in the Metropolitan as my “sneak peek of the week”:
19th Floor at The Metropolitan
We were allowed into the building by the 24 hour concierge. The lobby was soothing with a lovely modern looking waterfall located near the elevators. We took the elevator to this 19th floor corner unit. We were met by the gracious owner of the condo and given a great tour, not only of the unit and the amenities, but we also got a detailed description of the fabulous views. There are views of the city, the harbor, and Blue Hills - the views are simply amazing and expansive. This unit has an open, sunny layout with ample living and dining space, and a chef’s kitchen with cherry cabinetry and granite counters. A wonderful place to entertain or unwind after a long day! As well as central air and in unit laundry, this condo comes with garage parking.
But my day didn't end there...
I received some really nice feedback from my last blog. Thank you! I had some questions about what the rest of my day is like.
After the meeting and viewings I followed up with my work. I did not have any showings scheduled but received a last minute call from a client to view a home. Within an hour I was able to schedule and show this home, so it worked out well. Also, I scheduled some appointments for some very nice clients (I really do have some great clients!) to show properties on Saturday.
Then I put together a list of questions to present to a seller on behalf of a buyer client who is considering an offer. I had shown some properties on Tuesday and followed up with some feedback for the listing agents to relay back to their sellers. I received an email from a potential new client requesting a consultation to go over the buying process. I love to share my knowledge! Also, during the day I am constantly checking for new listings that might meet my buyer’s needs. Just a brief overview of what a typical day in the life of a Charlesgate Buyer’s Agent is like!
Busy, but lots of fun!
