From restaurants offering contactless delivery to your favorite boutique shifting to online sales, we’re all finding new and unique ways to continue interacting with the people and places we love.
Here’s what you can expect when you sign up for one of our virtual tours or appointments.
During a virtual home tour, you’ll connect live with an agent via video chat. They’ll walk you through the property you’re interested in either by showing you photos, previously recorded videos or if it’s safe, they may even be in the property during your call. We also love to use Matterport videos so we can walk through the unit together. Take a look at one we did for this gorgeous oceanfront estate in Plymouth. You’ll get a chance to ask questions in real-time and go over finer details of the property.
There are so many different tools and technologies we can use for video chat. We generally use a simple Hangouts link (this is Google’s video chat platform) but we can connect with you via FaceTime, Zoom, GoToMeeting, any platform you’re most comfortable using! All you’ll have to do is click a link and you’re in the call.
We’re all about maximizing our time together. We promise you won’t be spending hours on end talking to us about available properties…unless you want to that is! We already have presentations ready to go to give you a general overview of available apartments, condos, and homes. This way you get a sense of the property and we can spend most of our time answering your specific questions.
