We recently got the opportunity to tour the impressive model units at Boulevard on the Greenway, the newest condominium development to come to Boston’s Waterfront. The building consists of 36 impeccably designed units inside a beautifully restored historic Charles Bulfinch building. With only nine units remaining left to purchase, there is limited opportunity to get into this building.
Whether you’re stepping into the lobby, or entering one of the stunning units, you immediately feel a sense of modern luxury unlike most of the residential units in the area. The striking lobby wall is accented with a soaring green moss wall illuminated by collection of large circular, sparkling lighting fixtures.
One remaining penthouse unit boasts an extraordinary floating staircase leading to the second floor. Each unit features incredible floor to ceiling windows which let in an abundant amount of natural light and gives you a sense of peace amidst the lively neighborhood. These windows lead me to our next point…
These views aren’t your typical urban “I can see into my neighbors window” type of views. You really get a little bit of everything here: water, city, Greenway, and beyond. Depending on the unit, there are some very unique views of the Boston Harbor and Rowes Wharf.
It’s not often you see a bathroom that impresses you so much that it inclines you to want to purchase a unit solely based on the master bath. Huge soaking baths with views to kill, massive walk in showers and top of the line fixtures. We think this picture says enough.
As if it’s not enough that this building even has direct garage parking, the system they are using is forward thinking and the first of its kind in New England. The Boulevard is the first building to install an automated parking garage system from ParkPlus. Long story short, a robot parks your car and it’s awesome. It even tracks your behavior and will move your car up in the queue to retrieve it right when you need it (ex. If you leave at 9am every morning, the system will automatically start bringing your car up in the queue close to that time). Check out this video to see how it works.
Last but certainly not least, the neighborhood. New construction in the Waterfront neighborhood is sparse, especially a building of this caliber and finish level. The Rose Kennedy Greenway is literally your front yard and bustling downtown your backyard. You are a stone’s throw away from the North End, Seaport and South Boston. The entrance to 93 is two minutes away and South Station is a five minute walk. This central location is really unbeatable with everything you could need at your fingertips
These five reasons are just a few of the many perks of living at the Boulevard. This building is truly a gem and incredibly unique.
