Vineburgh and DiMella Bringing 6 New Developments to Market in 2017

NEREJ recently wrote about Charlesgate Realty’s expansion in multifamily market under the leadership of P.T. Vineburgh and Michael DiMella. This year, the team will oversee the marketing and brokerage of six new developments in the Boston area. These projects represent over 240 units between condominium and apartment homes. All properties will be managed by Charlesgate Property Management.

Condominiums

• The Aberdeen – A 40-unit luxury condominium project located in Brighton, MA
• The Abbott – A boutique 8-unit development in Back Bay
• Lumen Charlestown – 30 condominiums abutting the future One Charlestown location
• Penniman on The Park – A 36-unit condominium building one block from the new Everett St. T station

Rentals

• Nova Brighton- 80-units with luxury finishes in Brighton, MA
• The Vault- 50-unit apartment building located in Lynn, only a short commute to Boston
