This past Friday, P.T. Vineburgh spoke about multifamily market conditions at the annual NEREJ Multi Family & Residential Summit. The event brought industry professionals from around the Boston area together at the Marriott Hotel in Newton. Other panelists included Dennis Kelleher, Doug Root, Bill Lovett and Albert LaValley.

P.T. has numerous years of experience in both the residential and multi family markets. He explained some of the changes in investor’s strategy as well as developer’s mindsets as they work to purchase and transform properties. P.T. also talked about the evolution of the consumer’s ideas about location/amenities and the perceived value of “core” and “emerging” neighborhoods.
