According to the most recent market report by Zumper based on the media price of a 1 bedroom rental, Boston just hit the third highest in the list with an average rent price of $2,270. Zumper looks at rents on vacant listings of over 1 Million listings from across the US to figure out average price paid for a one bedroom in a variety of US markets. Boston came in third in the list behind San Francisco (at $3,530) and New York (at $3,160). We took a look at the rentals currently on the market to see what renters can get at the average price across a few Boston neighborhoods.
