NY Times Talks Millennium Tower with Charlesgate’s DiMella
Yesterday, the NY Times released a story taking a look at the amazing amount of development in Boston’s Downtown Crossing neighborhood. With highlights such as the highly anticipated Millennium Tower and new retail ventures like Primark, the once shopping epicenter of the city is on track to relive its title. Michael DiMella, managing partner of Charlesgate, was quoted about the amount of development in this neighborhood.
“While the city’s appetite for this type of high-end development remains “very, very strong” downtown and in several other neighborhoods, at the same time, the demand for midrange rental and for-sale developments is huge but going largely unmet, said Michael DiMella, a managing partner at Charlesgate Realty, a Boston-based brokerage.”
