You may have heard some buzz about an exciting new luxury building going up in Midtown Boston. Slated to be the “tallest residential building in Downtown Boston,” Millennium Tower will feature 60 floors of luxury condos and retail spaces. A few of these retail spaces have already been established as a gourmet Roche Bros grocery, Arnold Worldwide, and the newly announced Primark store. These will be a great addition to the Downtown Crossing retail scene.

The condos themselves are sure to set the standard of luxury in Boston. While floor plans and pricing has not formally been set, we have heard a bit about proposed amenities in the building. (You know we will be the first to let you know when pricing is released!) The full time concierge building will feature over 500 garage parking spaces, floor to ceiling windows, a gym, and an indoor swimming pool. The Millennium Tower condos will feature 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans.

Millennium Tower broke ground on September 17, 2013 and is expected to open its door Summer 2016. They will be accepting pre-sales in the near future, with a sales center opening Fall of 2014.
