Recently, a group of Charlesgate agents were invited to take a sneak peak at six luxury homes that just hit the market near Boston Common in Boston’s Downtown Crossing neighborhood. On a slightly smaller scale but just as fabulous is the other home we toured, which is 2,243 square feet. The home also features elevator access on the second floor. The floor plan is sprawling with individual areas that can be customized to the space that you need. The luxury finishes of the home mimic the Penthouse with some historic elements that were preserved such as beamed ceilings which give it a unique feel.
