You see a fantastic listing that looks perfect. Great price, the street you want, and all the features in a home that you have been seeking. Sounds like you are ready to write the offer!

But, unfortunately, that listing has probably caught the eye of hundreds of others who are looking for something similar. The question becomes, how can you be more competitive and find listings that may not be available on the open market to everyone?
