In my last article I talked about getting a house ready to sell. There were some delays in getting the house cleaned out but I am happy to say we are back on track!
Today the house is being professionally cleaned. I just stopped by to see how it is going and not only is the house starting to sparkle it smells really clean too!
On Wednesday, the professional photographer is coming out and floor plans will be done at the same time. With a 24 hour turn around, this home should be active by Thursday. At Charlesgate we never post a listing without professional pictures and floor plans. The most amount of activity from buyers looking online is when you first post a listing. The listing originates on MLS. You would not believe how many real estate sites it goes to from MLS!
My sign goes in the ground on Wednesday or Thursday.
On Friday I will host a Broker Open House allowing the agents to preview the home prior to the public Open House on Sunday.
