I received a phone call requesting a Broker’s Price Opinion for an estate sale. A BPO is more complicated than a Comparative Market Analysis as it requires a detailed report looking at what is happening in the local sales market.
I set an appointment to view the home, meet with the attorney and one of the beneficiary’s of the estate. After viewing the home I put my report together along with a CMA and marketing plan. I knew there were other agents up for the listing and wanted to make sure I stood out.
