The owner, Euz Azevedo, did a complete update of the space both upstairs and down. The ground floor has a sweeping bar that goes almost the entire length of the restaurant. The entire space is brighter and livelier which was the goal to help people erase negative memories. As Euz told the Boston Globe, “We made a decision to brighten the space,” he said. “We wanted to erase those memories that people had. I just didn’t want to open with the same look because if you come back to a place where something bad happened to you, you’re going to have those memories again.”
With our office only steps away from Forum, we stopped in to show our support and see the newly updated space. Kelly Robbins, Gregory Kiep, and Meredith Kiep were on hand and took some pictures of the event and space. Take a look:
