It is always great to stop by and introduce yourself after your tenant has moved in. Or some landlords choose to make it part of the rental process. It’s useful to be able to put a name to a face instead of just the front page of the lease!

Respond quickly and efficiently.

If your tenant has a concern, it’s important to maintain your professionalism, and respond quickly and efficiently to their requests. Everybody loves a prompt landlord! Whether it’s a leaky faucet, or the heat isn’t working properly, your tenant will be happy to see you or your contractor soon after their issue started.
