We are seeing one of the strongest real estate markets in recent years and listings flying off the market at or above listing price.
According to the most recent market statistics, listings sold for 98.2% of list price on average in May 2013.
And Days on Market until sale is down almost 50% from last year alone in Boston’s condo market.
What does this mean? It means, the hype is right!
