Weekly Feature: 360 Newbury Street
Where Is It?
360 Newbury Street is located at (wait for it…) 360 Newbury Street in Boston’s Back Bay.
A unique blend between Boston’s urban culture and its historic architecture can be found in Back Bay in what many call the heart of the city. Stretching from Massachusetts Avenue to the Boston Public Garden, the tree-lined streets filled with brownstone homes introduce a new type of city living to many first-timers in Boston. The collection of boutiques, galleries, department stores, and restaurants found within the Prudential Center, Copley Place and on Newbury Street provide a shopping experience like no other found in New England.
Why Do We Love It?
360 Newbury Street was remodeled about 8 years ago into chic lofts that have all the finishes one would expect in luxury living. The 54 units are steps away from public transportation as well as great shops and restaurants. You can also hop on to the Pike directly across the street! Huge windows allow for tons of light and really open the spaces up. Kitchens are outfitted in top of the line appliances and modern cabinetry giving a European feeling.
What Is Around It?
Simply put, everything! At the corner of Mass Ave and Newbury, you can grab almost any type of food at one of the area restaurants or pick up something from one of the many unique boutiques. Opening Spring of 2014, Boston’s Room and Board will be across the street from the property. Down the street is the heart of the Berklee College of Music campus as well as a collection of coffee shops.
