The Massachusetts Association of Realtors  just released their most recent stats and report showcasing the state’s real estate market. These figures really highlight just how HOT the market is and how trends are in comparison to the past few years. Overall, the lack of inventory has pushed sales down as buyer interest remains high. Additionally, because of that lack of inventory, prices continue to raise. Some key points from the report:

• MA Single Family Homes Down 5% From 2012.
• After 19 months of increases, this was the first month of a decrease.
• Condo Sales are up 1.7%
• Inventory had its biggest year-over-year decrease at 28%
