Okay so obviously if you’re reading this right now than you have at least a slight interest in the local Boston Real Estate Market. So you know that inventory of real estate for sale is at record lows.

At the same time the market is very active already this year. January pending sales are up over last year (which itself was much more active than 2011), so the trend is that properties are coming off market faster than they’re added.
