Bobby and Joe will be leading the division working with buyers and sellers of multifamily investment properties in and around the Boston area.  With over 13 years of experience and $50 million in sales in the past year alone, Bobby and Joe are successful veterans of Boston’s multifamily investment market and an asset for us to have on our team.

Charlesgate Multifamily will offer client driven service specializing in brokerage and asset management of residential multifamily properties valued from $1 million to $20 million. In addition to representing buyers and sellers of multifamily investment assets through the acquisition, asset management, strategic renovations, and disposition phases, the division will have a vertically integrated approach with our other divisions, especially property management, rental leasing, and new development marketing. Effectively servicing all facets of residential multifamily investment property in a truly coordinated way will allow us to drive property values and increase investment returns for our clients.
