Congratulations to Realtors Celebrating their 10 Year Anniversary at Charlesgate!
I have many things to be proud of over the years at CHARLESGATE, but nothing could make me happier than announcing the 10-year anniversary of some of our long tenured agents. We're lucky to have a number of agents (and employees) who have been with us for over 10 years!
Jeff Sirkis and Matthew Giangregorio have just reached their 10 year anniversaries at CHARLESGATE this year. In the brokerage business, it is a rare opportunity to have the kind of longevity and success in the industry at one firm that both Jeff and Matt have achieved.
As the newest members to the "10 Year Club" at CHARLESGATE, Matt and Jeff join agents Sarah Herbert, who has been with us for over 13 years, and Kim Miles, who has been with us for over 12 years.
Jeff has done it all as a top-producing agent, from being a "Charlesgate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award" winner multiple times to leading successful sellouts at The Aberdeen and The Saybrook condo development projects recently.
Matt is as hard-working 24/7 agent as you will find anywhere and who has expertly assisted his clients in reaching their goals time and again. A recipient of the "Charlesgate Circle of Excellence Silver Award," he also earned the "New Development Leadership Award" by leading sales for projects like The Pacer and Mira in East Boston.
Jeff and Matt have been instrumental driving forces in making CHARLESGATE what it is today, especially through their work helping to build our new development marketing and sales service line. I am incredibly proud of their accomplishments and inspired daily by how well they serve their clients.
I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention Jeff is always the loudest talker (and possibly the worst dancer...) at the CHARLESGATE holiday party every year! (I'm kidding, Jeff!)
But best of all, I'm proud to call Jeff and Matt my friends. So please, join me in congratulating both these great agents and fine gentlemen. Here's to many more years and properties to come!
If you want to get to know Matt or Jeff better, you can read about them in their own words here <JEFF> and here<MATT>.
