Michael DiMella is the Managing Partner of CHARLESGATE and a nationally recognized real estate leader. He’s been awarded Boston’s Top “40 Under 40” by The Boston Business Journal, Top "30 Under 30" Realtors in America by Realtor Magazine, and Top 250 Real Estate Teams in America in the WSJ Real Trends Report. He is frequently cited in local and national news publications like The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, Boston Magazine, and Banker & Tradesman for his insight and perspective on the Boston real estate market. Mike has served as Chair of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, as a Director of the National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. He is also a current board member of the City of Boston's Zoning Commission. Mike holds an M.A. and a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.

P.T. Vineburgh has been in the real estate business since 1999. He was a top producing agent at three firms before founding CHARLESGATE in 2003. P.T. heads up business development for new development condominium and multifamily projects, as well as general brokerage. P.T. is a member of the Greater Boston, Massachusetts, and National Association of Realtors, and has earned the ABR and CRS designations. He is an alumnus of The Boston Chamber of Commerce Future Leaders Program, a Developing Leader for NAIOP, and has served as Chair of the Beacon Hill Architectural Commission. P.T. holds a B.A. from Boston College in Communications, and an MBA from Babson College.

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Paula Kowalczik has built an impressive career as both an agent and a brokerage leader. Having led significant growth at multiple brokerages with $1B in sales volume, she has managed hundreds of agents and staff in key positions, including Sales Manager, Director of Training, Regional VP, and President.Paula holds an MBA from Babson College and brings a diverse skill set that encompasses logistics management and curriculum development for software companies. Her unique blend of personal experience, agent coaching, and high-level brokerage leadership makes her an invaluable asset to our team.Paula is committed to supporting our agents and has already outlined ambitious goals to expand our market share and enhance brokerage revenue.

Todd Mikelonis has two decades of experience in property management. His expertise in the apartment management & leasing market throughout New England is unparalleled. His experience managing both small multisite and large institutional multifamily enables an innovative, forward-thinking approach to the larger institutional multifamily market. Todd is currently the Managing Director of Property Management at CHARLESGATE and additionally leads business development for new construction projects and existing multifamily buildings. Investors and developers rely on his operational experience and rental market guidance to create market-beating, stress-free property investments. He works with clients to create and execute strategic management plans that achieve their goals. Todd was instrumental in building CHARLESGATE’s apartment management and leasing platform, developing its reputation as one of the most well regarded and fastest growing leasing and management firms in Boston. Todd holds a BA in Economics from UMass.

Howard Miller is the Director of Finance & Controller and has been with CHARLESGATE since 2021. He is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts. Howard's primary role is to oversee our property accounting operations and corporate accounting functions. He has held a number of senior accounting roles in various family-owned and institutional real estate focused funds. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Bentley University.

Alana Garrity came to CHARLESGATE as the Business Operations Manager after spending 15+ years in the consumer goods industry working for Global Brands such as Under Armour, Puma, and New Balance. Her experience at these companies was primarily focused in product management where she lead cross-functional teams to achieve aligned results and deliver product with a consumer-first mind set. After transitioning into the real estate industry, Alana has made her new home at CHARLESGATE as the Chief of Staff, where she can continue to put her skills and passion for client-first experiences to use.

Lauren Shore has been with CHARLESGATE since 2005 and is currently the Office Operations and Human Resource manager. She is responsible for overseeing human resources and office operations supporting our most important asset, our employees. Lauren has worked in many of the departments within the company since her start at CHARLESGATE, giving her immense knowledge of each of our employees' jobs which helps guide decisions on improving the company and supporting our employees to make CHARLESGATE truly an employee-first organization.
