Fluff is a staple ingredient in Massachusetts and it's not surprising this tasty treat has its own festival on Saturday, September 27th in Somerville.
The festival, titled 'What the Fluff: A Tribute to Union Square Invention', attracted numerous marshmallow Fluff fans every year.
The main ingredient for fluff was invented in Somerville by Archibald Query in 1917. The fluffernutter (a sandwich with fluff & peanut butter), has actually become so popular, it is going through the approval process of becoming the state sandwich.
There will be games, performers, cooking contests and so much more this year!
