The performances will be going on now til July 6th at the Marina Industrial Park on the Waterfront.

According to BostonGlobe.com, Amaluna has "the jaw-dropping acrobats, the gasp-inducing contortionists, the skintight costumes, the chiseled bodies, and, yes, the don’t-know-when-to-stop clowns. But this production has something new: a story that has women at its core. And while it may lack some of the usual Olympic-style pageantry of your typical Cirque show, it has an intimacy that takes your breath away at times."

Posted by Hillary Waldron on Sat, May 24, 2014

icaNathalie Djurberg and Hans Berg's "World of Glass" will be featured at the ICA in the Seaport District. The exhibit will be displayed until July 6th.

This exhibit is considered "an extraordinary installation encompassing 193 polyurethane sculptures and four video projections, A World of Glass responds to the transparency, fragility, and vulnerability of the world.

Swedish artist Nathalie Djurberg and Swedish composer Hans Berg continue their exploration of the complexities of the human condition in the videos by placing a cast of handcrafted characters in seemingly playful situations that inevitably turn sinister and often violent. The works address themes of sexual discovery, desire, and suffering that expose the fragile and precarious nature of humanity."
