Fall is right around the corner and New England is one of the best places to experience the season. 

The foliage will start changing, football will be in full swing and farms in Massachusetts will prepare for their seasonal visitors. 

There are plenty of farms out in Western Massachusetts to check out, but what about something closer to home?

Here are a few suggestions on farms to check out with family, friends and loved ones that are less than an hour drive from Boston.

This place has a little of everything. Their 'Pick Your Own Fruits' selection consists of strawberries, raspberries, apples & more! They also have their own bakery and barnyard animals!

The South End Buttery will be hosting a fun and unique Cupcake Walking Tour on Saturday, September 13th in The South End & Back Bay!

"To celebrate the start of the 2014 Patriots season and Kayem’s Ultimate Pats Fan Experience, Kayem and three-time Super Bowl champ Joe Andruzzi are hitting the streets of Boston on Friday, Sept.12 for a special city-wide scavenger hunt, giving people the chance to win Pats tickets.

The former Patriot and Kayem will hide four pairs of New England tickets to the home opener at locations around Boston, challenging die-hard fans to find the tickets starting on Thursday at 10 a.m."

The first fan to arrive at the secret locations and reference the contest will win a pair of tickets to the game on Sunday, September 21st!

The '4th Annual Tech Give Back' event will be held on Wednesday, September 10th! 

Give back to your community & join individuals and teams of entrepreneurs and innovators for a day of tutorials, volunteering and a giant block party!

Volunteering starts at 9:00am. There will be numerous projects to be involved in, including gardening, park clean up & painting, that will assist an array of Boston organizations. 

After the volunteer activities, there will be a giant block party around the corner at the Lawn On D, where participants can enjoy some grub, drinks, live music & games!

Bob Dylan and His Band will be playing at the Orpheum Theatre on Friday, November 14.

Auditions for 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' will be held at the Cure Lounge, near The Wilbur, in Downtown Boston!

The auditions will be held on Monday, September 8th.

With prestigious colleges nearby, including MIT and Harvard, there is no question that there will be hundreds of eager participants lined up at their chance to win big!

 Space is limited, so early arrival is highly recommended. The auditions will be held from 12:00pm-6:00pm.
